MOTHER TONGUES
Active since 2014 Mother Tongues, is a 5 piece psyche rock outfit based out of Toronto. Comprised of Lukas Cheung, Konrad Karczewski, Charise Aragoza (Maylee Todd, Luna Li, Hooded Fang) , Hannah Bussiere Kim (Luna Li), and Nick Kervin (B17s, Mimico). Mother Tongues infuse a pop sensibility in their work, while exploring a wide sonic palette that ranges from early psyche rock to kraut rock and disco rhythms. In the past year they have been featured in festivals such as CMW, NXNE, Crystal Lake Sound, Hollowfest, and the South Western Film Festival.
